This is a video clip from a George Carlin show, “Life is Worth Losing.” It’s less than 4 minutes in length. It hits the “nail on the head” regarding how “regular” people fit in the overall scheme of things. It’s both hilarious and somber. It’s not that old (2005), but it’s already a classic! And, really, his message doesn’t just apply to the US, eh?
Be forewarned that George Carlin liberally uses profanity to make his point. That’s his “trademark.”
Unfortunately, this version of the video has poor audio; but listening to the content is decidedly better while watching George Carlin’s facial expressions and body language. If you want much clearer sound, try this link, which shows nostalgic photos of Carlin in the background.
