You can uncover a surprising amount of evidence for ritual abuse / mind control (RA/MC). On the other hand, there appears to be very little information about healing. For a new survivor, it can feel overwhelming, frustrating and disheartening to try to determine how and where to start in order to heal. Therefore, this posting is about healing resources.
